ABOUT US
The German-Chinese Center Leipzig (registered association) was founded at HHL - Leipzig Graduate School of Management on September 5, 2002.
The center aims to promote scientific, economic and cultural cooperation with China and to further mutual understanding by intensifying the existing ties between our region Mitteldeutschland and China.
Among the founders of the DCZL are the HHL, the City of Leipzig, the Institute of East Asian Studies of the University of Leipzig and many other regional organizations, businesses and individuals.
The founding president is the former ambassador of the PRC to Germany, Lu Qiutian
